The ingredient of Banana Bread Brekkie Bowl

  • cooking oil spray
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1 2 cup 125ml almond breeze unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 4 cup 20g rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons oat bran
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 1 4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 4 cup 25g walnuts coarsely chopped
  • pinch of salt
  • coconut yoghurt to serve
  • fresh raspberries to serve
  • toasted shredded coconut to serve
  • chopped walnuts extra to serve
  • honey extra to serve

The Instruction of banana bread brekkie bowl

  • preheat oven to 180c lightly spray two 3 4 cup 185ml ovenproof ramekins or bowls with cooking oil
  • combine the banana almond breeze unsweetened almond milk and honey in a medium bowl
  • combine oats oat bran flour baking powder cinnamon walnuts and salt in a separate medium bowl
  • add the banana mixture to the oat mixture and combine divide mixture between ramekins or bowls
  • bake for 30 mins or until a skewer inserted in the centres comes out clean set aside until cool
  • serve the banana bowls topped with yoghurt raspberries coconut extra walnuts and extra honey
